Materials You’ll Need:


  • Cotton fabric for the exterior, lining and handle

  • Wadding or batting for the quilting

  • Fusible fleece for the basket base

  • Heavy iron on interfacing for the handle

  • Felt and Heat n Bond lite for the applique

  • Coordinating thread

  • Basic sewing supplies (scissors, tape measure, clips/pins, erasable fabric marker, sewing machine)


Not sure what Heat n Bond Lite is? Heat n Bond Lite is a paper backed, double sided, iron on adhesive used for bonding fabric. It can be bought from most fabric shops.
